Driving Youth ProtectionSeptember 13-16, 2022 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis URMIA and HEPNet (Higher Education Protection Network) are aligned in many ways that matter – ultimately dedicating themselves to advancing risk management in higher education – one more generally and one very specifically in terms of youth protection. A significant spark in HEPNet’s history to become an association ignited at an URMIA regional conference eight years ago, and the organizations are thrilled to be strategically aligning their expertise and collaborative efforts in 2022 to offer ALL members an unforgettable experience as both associations conduct their annual conferences in Indy with the opportunity to learn and grow together, as well as separately. The University Risk Management and Insurance Association (URMIA) accepted a proposal for a youth protection panel at its mid-Atlantic regional meeting.
