Join us at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, November 2-5, 2026 for the HEPNet Conference! Registration opens April 1.

Items to note about the schedule:
  • Monday, November 2 includes Pre-con 101 and 202 and new this year: Pre-con Hot Topics! Don't forget to join us for the welcome event.
  • Breakout sessions and all-group sessions will be on November 3-5
  • The conference will conclude before noon on Thursday, November 5
  • All breakout sessions will run 60 minutes in length

  • Sign up for a Dinner Pod through the Conference App, Pheedloop, when it opens in September
  • Choose a restaurant that fits your preferences
  • Head to the restaurant at the scheduled time and enjoy your meal
  • Meals are pay-your-own-way. If the restaurant issues a single check, reimburse your pod host directly

We held the first in-person meeting in Baltimore on May 13-14, 2014. The University Risk Management and Insurance Association (URMIA) accepted a proposal for a youth protection panel at its mid-Atlantic regional meeting. We gathered as a group of about 20 people for two separate conversations during that conference.
